| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析林业产权制度改革与林业生态经济发展的关系,揭示了林业生态经济发展对林业产权制度的设计要求,并分析了当前林业产权制度改革的生态经济效应,进而提出林业产权制度改革的一系列生态经济政策。
