摘    要:国有企业组织变革是企业组织为了适应企业战略发展和生存环境的要求,对自身进行优化和完善的过程。经过近30年的改革,国有企业的企业制度经历了由传统的单一国有企业制度向现代企业制度的变迁。企业制度的变迁迫切要求国有企业进行组织变革。论文试图从国有企业制度变迁的角度来分析国有企业组织变革,并对国有企业组织变革的趋势进行了阐述。

Abstract:Organizational reform of state-owned enterprises is the requirement of enterprises' existence and development and is self-improvement process.After more than 20 years' reform,state-owned enterprises experience a transfor-mation from traditional system to modern system,which requires an organizational reform.The paper makes an analysis on the organizational reform in the view of institutional change.
