| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国汽车产业政策的简单回顾及分析,论证其失效的根源在于政策目标最终导致了创新动力的弱化和创新能力的退化,因而中国汽车产业发展的关键是实行自主创新;并从理论层次分析中国汽车产业自主创新的重要性与必要性;文章最后总结中国汽车产业实行自主创新的优势,指出自主创新道路是可行的.

| Abstract: | The article through to simple review and the analysis Chinese automobile industrial policy,proved its failure root on the policy goal that finally to cause the innovation power attenuation and the innovation ability degeneration,there for the key of Chinese automobile industry development was independent innovation;And analyzes the importance and the necessity of Chinese automobile industry independent innovation on the theory level;The article finally summarizes the superiority of Chinese automobile industry implementation independent innovation,pointed out that the route of independent innovation is feasible. |
