| Abstract: | The essay analyzes the existing problems of old communities without property management and points out the reasons for the governance trouble from those aspects of coordinating relationships between different departments and property relations,residents participation and disadvantages of old communities.In the end this essay proposes governance solutions to the old communities without property management. |
