| 摘 要： | 动机是影响学生英语学习效果的关键。英语教师了解如何激发学生的英语学习动机，对指导英语教学具有十分重要的意义。单一的学习动机激励措施不能解决大学生英语学习动机问题．复合型激励方法是一个学习动机有机激励系统。在教学中既要引起学生对知识的长期的兴趣。调动学生的融入型学习动机，又要施以有效的方法激发学生的工具型学习动机。

| Abstract: | Motivation is the key to influence the students' English learning effect.It is very important for an English teacher to know how to stimulate the students' motivation in English learning.No single stimulating methods can solve the students' problems in English learning.The composite stimulation is an organic system for a learning motivation.Both the long-term interest in knowledge and integrative motivation and the instrument motivation should be stimulated in English teaching. |
