中华人民共和国体育法颁布实施以来，我国体育法制建设取得了重大进展。保障公民体育权利，是开展体育工作和贯彻体育法的根本宗旨与基本原则，也是体育法学关注的重要内容。加强我国体育市场法制建设，应完善体育市场主、客体制度，建立体育产权制度，规范体育市场竞争合同行为，保护体育市场立法的统一性：全面性和专门性，强化体育市场管理执法环节，健全体育市场执法监督机制。

Inquiry on Several Problems of Sports Law

Since the promulgation of "Law of the People's Republic of China on Physical Culture and Sport",China's legal system on sports has made great progress.To guarantee citizens' sports rights is the essential aim and principle of developing sports cause and carrying out sports law and also is the important contents of it.To strengthen the legal system construction of sports market,we should improve its subject and object systems,build property right system of sports,standardize its competitive and contractual behaviors,protect its unity,comprehensiveness,and specificity,strengthen its management and enforcement,and improve its supervising system.
