高职财经类专业学生实践能力培养的思考

实践能力是高职院校学生素质的重要组成部分,是评价高职院校在专业设置、教育教学模式、教学设计、人才培养质量等方面是否成功的关键,是办有特色的高职教育的需要。从实践能力的相关概念入手,分析财经类专业学生实践能力培养中存在的问题,如人才培养模式单调,学校重视程度不够等,并提出相应解决对策,如建立复合型人才培养模式,打造实践能力强的师资队伍等。

Thoughts on Ability Cultivation for Higher Vocational College Students Majoring in Finance and Economics

Practical ability is an important part of higher vocational college students＇ quality and is the key to judge whether a higher vocational college is successful in major setting, education and teaching mode, teaching design, the quality of talent cultivation, etc., which also shows need to run higher vocational education with its own characteristics. This paper first introduces the definition of practical ability, and then analyzes the problems in the cultivation of students＇ practical ability in finance and economics major, such as single talent cultivation mode, the lack of enough attention fi：om the colleges and so on. At last the paper advances some countermeasures, for example, establishing inter-disciplinary talent cultivation mode, fostering teaching staff with high practical ability, etc.
