摘    要:在传统服务质量差距模型基础上提出供应链环境下的物流服务质量差距模型框架,认为差距既来自供应链节点企业的内部差距,也来自节点企业之间及其与顾客间的界面差距,既包括正向差距,也包括反向差距,具有多种多样的表现形式,各种差距累计形成供应链整体服务质量差距。

Abstract:Based on the traditional service quality gap model, the logistics service quality gap models under the supply chain environment were put forward. The gaps include not only the internel gaps for each company on supply chain, but also interface gaps between suppliers and customers; not only the positive gaps, but also the reverse gaps, there are different gap forms. All these gaps cumulate the whole supply chain service quality gap.
