吉林省中小企业融资难问题研究

近年来,中小企业已成为吉林省经济增长的主要动力,在增加税收、技术创新、吸纳就业、体制转轨、扩大出口等方面发挥的作用越来越大。但是,由于自身规模小、实力弱、信用等级低,经营管理混乱,财务制度不健全等内部原因,以及银行业资金投向偏重大企业,贷款门槛高,政府的扶持力度不够,社会担保体系的缺乏,金融市场的不完善,社会环境的制约等外部原因使得吉林省中小企业融资难,同时也制约了中小企业的发展,进一步影响了吉林省经济的增长。为此,只有培育中小企业的核心竞争力,降低风险、提高信用等级,采取科学的管理方法和规范的财务制度,以增强银行业对中小企业贷款的信心和热度;同时加强政府的扶持力度,健全中小企业信用担保体系,才能解决吉林省中小企业融资难的问题。

Research on Difficulties in Financing of SMEs in Jilin Province

In recent years,SMEs have become the main driver of economic growth in Jilin Province.They play an important role in tax revenue,technical innovation,creating jobs,institutional transformation,expansion of the role of exports increasing.However,there are some internal disadvantages,including small size,low power,low credit rating,disordered management,undound financial systems,etc,and some external factors,such as the banking capital apt to invest in large enterprises,hard to loan,less support from the government,lack of social security systems,incomplete financial market,constraints from the social environment,on account of all above,SMEs in Jilin Province are hard to get financing,which affects the development of SMEs,and furthermore affects the economic growth of Jilin Province.Thus,only raising the core competitiveness of SMEs,reducing risk,improving credit rating,adopting scientific management methods and normative financial system,can help to increase the confidence and heat of banking on the loan to SMEs.At the same time,strengthening the support from the government,improving SMEs credit guarantee system,then the financing problem of SMEs in Jilin Province will get better solved.
