| 摘 要： | 八十年代以来,世界经济朝着国际经济区域集团化的方向发展,引人瞩目的有:欧洲共同体1992年形成一体化大市场;美国和加拿大1989年开始实施美加自由贸易协定,美国和墨西哥1990年开始商谈签订美墨自由贸易协定,加、美、墨三国1991年开始北美自由贸易区的谈判;还有亚太经济圈正在酝酿建立等等。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a practic design version of all-digital PLL. This version uses a multi-level quantized phase discriminator as well as variablereset periodical filter. Therefore, the PLL has properties that synchronizationsetting up time is short and snchronization accuracy is high. Operation principleand performance of PLL are analyzed in the paper. |
