| 摘 要： | 为了解决含噪车牌图像的定位问题,本文研究了Mallat算法及其在小波系数多尺度分解中的应用,然后在此基础上针对汽车车牌与复杂背景的分割问题,提出了一种基于小波分析的边缘检测和图像分割方法。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the noisy license plate image positioning,this paper researches on the application of the Mallat algorithm and its multi-scale decomposition of wavelet coefficients. Then license plate and Fuza background segmentation problem is presented based on Xiao Bo analysis of edge detection and image segmentation. |
