| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of ontology of the knowledge within the knowledge-intensive enterprises, knowledge-sharing has been studied from three dimensions such as business processes, human resources training and informal learning. This paper introduces the knowledge sharing activities from the three dimensions, and the obstacles, the process and meaning of these activities has been given. Finally, the knowledge-intensive enterprise knowledge-sharing model is mentioned. |
