| 摘 要： | 近年来,在推动海峡两岸区域经济一体化的进程中,电子商务领域的交流与合作日益成为两岸经贸交流合作的重要内容和主要形式。后ECFA时代,在《海峡两岸服务贸易协议》已经签署但尚未生效、前景不明的背景下,作为闽台经贸文化交流合作的新形式,闽台电子商务合作的契机与危机同在、机遇与挑战并存。对此,需要从闽台电子商务制度合作、人才合作和创新合作等三个维度协同推进,以推动闽台电子商务合作向纵深拓展。

| Abstract: | In the process of promoting regional economic integration in Cross-strait in recent years,E-commerce com-munication and cooperation has become the main content and important form of economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. In the Post-ECFA era,Although“Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement”has been signed,it has not been put into effect. As a new form of economic trade and cultural exchange cooperation,the E-commerce coopera-tion between Fujian and Taiwan meets both chances and challenges under the ground of uncertainty. Therefore,jointly promoting the three dimensions of institutional cooperation,talent cooperation and innovation cooperation of E-commerce between Fujian and Taiwan are needed. All these are hoped to promote the development of E-Commerce cooperation be-tween Fujian and Taiwan. |
