Research on Risk Assessment and Warning Model of Loan Financing in University

The paper introduces the loan risk assessment and the warning model in university, and builds a financial warning system. Then the paper analyses causes on the debt risk in university and explores to establish a model for risk assessment and warning. Finally, this paper analyzes new campus project of a university in Fujian province, which is faced with problems of loan scale and risk assessment, and then gives suggestions, and offers theoretical and empirical evidences for government, university and bank to promote sustainable development in university.
