摘    要:由于相邻污染水提升泵站基础工程施工造成某化工厂净一装置A/O生化池池壁开裂、整体倾斜。介绍了采用全站仪测量生化池倾斜,探地雷达查明地基土体空洞流失,超声法检测混凝土缺陷,钢筋保护层测定仪检查水池池壁配筋等检测技术。由于检测详细周密,依据上述检测结果得出了准确的鉴定结论,为维修加固给出了切实可行的处理措施。缩短了设备维修停用期,为该化工厂节约了大笔资金。

Abstract:Due to the influence of groundwork construction of sewage promotion pumbing station border on the chemical factory, the defecating equipments A/O biochemistry pools wall have crazes and incline wholly. This paper introduce several inspecting technique by measuring biochemistry pools wall cracks adopting Total Spations, finding out groundsill inanition or run off by prospect radar, inspecting concrete disfigurement by ultrasonic and look-over pools wall steel by the mensurate instrument of steel defend layer. Owing to the examination detailed and careful and attentive, the accurate appraisal conclusion is deduced depending on the above examination results and the feasible dispose measures are given for further maintenance and reinforcement. The big fund is economized for the chemical factory within the shortest stop-using time.
