中国产业区城市基础设施发展分析

城市基础设施的发展是城市化道路选择的前提。改革开放以后,中国产业区的城市基础设施得到了快速发展,同时也存在着各个产业区之间发展不平衡的加剧、产业区与国外的差距拉大、产业区基础设施的优化升级速度太慢等问题。政府部门应继续加大对城市基础设施建设薄弱环节的资金投入,加强城市公共交通设施的建设,推进公用事业的市场化改革和基础设施的优化升级。

Analysis of Current Urban Infrastructure Development in China's Industrial Districts

Urban infrastructure development is the foundation for the route selection of urbanization.Since the reform and opening up,the urban infrastructure facilities in China's industrial districts have developed fast but the imbalance of development between industrial districts have aggravated.The gap between foreign and domestic industrial districts have been widened and the updating of infrastructure in domestic districts is too slow.The government shall increase the fund input to urban infrastructure construction,intensify the construction of urban transit system and boost the market reform of public undertakings and updating of infrastructure facilities.
