| 摘 要： | 发达的德国职业技术教育不仅对战后德国经济的飞速发展起着重要的作用,还对世界许多国家的职业教育产生了重要的影响。德国高等职业技术教育更是为德国社会培养了大批应用性技术人才。该文从德国高等职业技术教育的实施和成功因素的分析两方面进行了论述,并指出了它对中国高等职业技术教育的启示和借鉴作用。
