| 摘 要： | 当前围绕中国人民币升值问题,国际上出现很多的纷争。但从长期来看,人民币已不可避免地走上了升值通道,而人民币的升值将会给出口商品结构带来很大的影响,为了缓和由于汇率变化所引发的冲击,出口退税政策的抵补作用不可小觑。
