| 摘 要： | 风险管理是项目管理流程与规范中的重要组成部分，明确项目风险的大小是制定风险管理规划及做好风险管理的基本保证。据此，本文分析了项目管理中的风险评价指标体系，并利用AHP模型进行了科学的评价，为建立科学有效的风险管理机制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Risk management is an important part of project management. It is the base of establishing risk management system that we evaluate the project risk. therefore, this paper analyzes the index system of project risk evaluation in the project management. Furthermore, it establishes scientific evaluation model with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),witch provides the base for establishing the effective risk management system. |
