| 摘 要： | 城镇住房价格持续上涨的主要动力是市场需求的增加。本文利用数学模型分析影响住房需求的因素,计算出人均最佳居住面积,提出了按家庭结构比例提供住房的思路。

| Abstract: | The main power is the Increasing requirement in market which promotes the price of the lodging in city. In the paper, we use the mathematics model to analyze the factors which effect the requirement of the lodging in city, and calculate the appropriate area to live per man. We raise and discuss the scheme of supplying lodging in accord with the proportion of family. |
