| 摘 要： | 针对当前学术界关于我国出口贸易“贫困化”增长的观点,我们通过对外商直接投资与我国对外贸易增长,进出口产品结构变化等的实证分析进一步证明,外商投资企业的进出口占全国的比重不断增大;外商直接投资改善了我国出口产品的结构,增强了我国产品出口竞争力。

| Abstract: | According to the current viewpoint in academic circle that China＇ s export trade increases ＂in poverty＂, after empirical analysis of the relation between foreign direct investment （FDI） and international trade growth and structure change of import- export products and so on, this paper indicates that the proportion of the import - export trade of foreign enterprises to the whole China is increasingly grows and that FDI improves China＇ s structure of exported products and increases China＇ s competence of export products. |
