| 摘 要： | 循环经济作为一种新的经济发展模式,近年来备受关注。吉林省在探索循环经济的发展模式上,应当结合自身的资源优势和产业优势,在重点建设＂五大基地＂的基础上,充分利用玉米资源,率先在全国建立两大新基地,即生物化工材料基地和生物能源基地,使之成为吉林省老工业基地振兴的新方向和新亮点。
