| 摘 要： | 近年来涉及中国非物质文化遗产保护的纠纷不断发生，引发了社会各界对保护非物质文化遗产问题的各种探讨。试图通过介绍国内外保护非物质文化遗产的立法状况，并分析中国非物质文化遗产保护中存在的几个法律问题，从而提出有效保护与合理利用中国非物质文化遗产的法律对策。 |
