Family,Family Culture and Family Business Development

In this paper,from China family and family cultural perspective to explore positive impacts in the family business : to cutoff the hidden costs of management;to adapt in rapidly changing business environment,to keep in harmonious and stable labor relations;enterprises original accumulated rapidly;management decision-making efficiently;corporate human resources and easy integration,and the spirit of enterprise support needed for business development.Effective use of these positive factors,making family business to gain a competitive advantage that other economic organizations do not have.Meanwhile family business need to make good use of family resources to prevent the negative of the family resources.
