| Abstract: | In an open economy,such researcnes are not much about how to make use of international direct investment to develop the economy and how to carry out the large open strategy of arranging domestic and foreign productive factors by virtue of the theory of western industrial competitiveness.Therefore it is the starting point of the essay to guide developing countries to form the mutual mechanism of industrial grade and industrial competitiveness and to analyze the changes of factors affecting industrial competi iveness and formulate the measures of cultivating it to httain the policy objectives. |
