绿色北京评价指标体系研究

绿色北京的建设是一个复杂系统,需要采用多指标进行综合评价,本文对《北京市"十二五"时期绿色北京发展建设规划》提出的绿色生产、绿色消费、生态环境的20个指标做了扩充,提出了一个包括41个评价因子的指标体系,内容涵盖了能源、节能减排、清洁生产、交通出行、环境保护、环境治理、城市绿化、居住条件等城市运行的各个方面。

Green Beijing evaluation index system research

The construction of Green Beijing is acomplex system. It needs a multi-index comprehensive evaluation. ＂Beijing Twelfth Five Year Period Green Beijing Development and Construction Plan＂ proposed 20 indexes including green production, green consumption and ecological environment. This paper expands the above 20 indexes and proposes an index evaluation sys temof 41 evaluating factors covering energy, energy saving, clean production, aspects of traffic travel,environmental protection, environmental management, urban landscaping, living conditions and so on.
