| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康教育是大学教育中极其重要的环节,是加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的重要举措,是落实科学发展观,促进大学生全面发展的具体实践。本文通过对影响当前大学生心理健康的主要因素的分析,提出了一些加强大学生心理健康教育的具体策略,以期达到增强大学生思想政治教育效果的目的。

| Abstract: | Mental health education is the extremely important part of university education,is the important measure to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of students,is to implement the scientific concept of development,and is the specific practice for promoting comprehensive development of the university students.Based on the analysis of the main impact factors of current students＇mental health,this paper made a number of specific strategies to enhance mental health education to achieve the purposes of enhancing the effects of ideological and political education to students. |
