| 摘 要： | 本文总结了金融消费者保护方面的主要研究成果,介绍了其中的主要观点和主要措施。在此基础上,提出了现有的研究存在以下三个方面的问题：一是仍然存在一定的争议;二是尚未形成系统的理论体系;三是大多以发达国家为研究对象。
