资源型省份发展森林旅游的必要性探讨——以山西省为例

"十五"期间,随着国家振兴老工业基地战略和支持资源型区域发展持续产业政策的实施,资源型省份的转型成为探讨的重点问题。资源型省份在发展过程中对某一资源的依存度过高,是一种资源优势的集中体现,但是,随着自然资源逐渐的减少,甚至不可逆转的枯竭,以往的资源优势逐渐变成一种威胁,面对种种压力,发展森林旅游的必要性日益凸显。

Discussion on the Necessity of Forest Tourism in Resource Oriented Province:Take the Example of Shanxi Proveince

With the implementation of strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base to support resource-based regional development and sustainable industrial policy during the period of the tenth five-year plan,the resource-based provinces transformation has become the focus of the problem. Resource-based provinces in the development process depend too much on a resource, which is a concentrated expression of resources, but as a gradual reduction of natural resources, and even irreversible depletion, the past resources advantage gradually turned into a kind of resources threat,faced with these pressures, the need for the development of forest tourism has become increasingly prominent.
