| Abstract: | The article studies the results of the teaching and the importance of cultivate teaching achievements. It is said to take positive policies and measures to encourage and support teachers to actively engage in education reform and research.What’s more, it should be taken into practice in teaching, and produce a number of the outcome of outstanding teaching in provinces and colonels. |
