| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道膀胱颈电切除术治疗女性膀胱梗阻的方法与疗效。方法：对60例女性膀胱颈梗阻的术前，术后的最大尿流率（MFR）比较作出分析。结果：尿流率增大，症状改善。结论：此方法对女性膀胱颈梗阻有效，但手术适应症及范围应严格控制。

| Abstract: | Aim of the article is to discuss the appoach and effect of the treatment for woman bladder cervix obstruction by electrical excision of bladder cervix via urethra,through the demonstration of a comparison and analysis of the largest micturation flowing rates before and after 60 cases of the operation treating the woman bladder cervix obstruction.It shows the curative effect of the operation :an increase of patients' micturation flowing rate and alleviation of the symptom .It concludes that: such a therapy is effective to woman bladder cervix obstruction with the extent of its applicability under strict control. |
