建筑施工项目多维成本管理模型与方法研究

企业生存环境竞争的日益激烈，改进和创新施工项目成本管理技术与方法成为建筑企业实现成本控制与降低成本的关键因素之一。文章以“科学发展观”理论为指导，研究了建筑施工项目成本计算与评估的精细化管理途径，总结提出项目成本管理与计算的五维关系结构模型以及施工项目多维成本计算与管理的理论方法，列出了成本计算的基本数据结构，用案例展示了模型的应用。论文研究成果具有成本计算管理的普遍意义，但却要有企业信息化平台作支持。
