| 摘 要： | 山西具有发展旅游业得天独厚的资源优势，但囿于发展观念的滞后和体制的束缚以及投资的不足等，使山西旅游业的发展并没有达到人们期望的水平。发展山西旅游业，需要在政府主导下，构建旅游产业的发展战略，推进区域合作，实现体制创新，创造旅游业发展的良好环境，才能为全面建设小康社会做出贡献。 |
