摘    要:
中国的民营企业,现阶段已成为我国经济的重要组成部分,对我国经济的发展起到了举足轻重的作用,但由于其特定的成长历程,也暴露出了许多问题,其中人力资源管理存在的问题最为突出。文章通过归纳和演绎相结合的方法对我国民营企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行深刻的剖析和论证,并给出相应的对策。

Abstract:
The Chinese private-owned enterprises have already become the important component of our country economy,which greatly affect the economic development of our country.However,a lot of problems have also been revealed since it occurred.Among them,the problem of human resource management is urgent to be resolved.Analysis and demonstration for the problems that exist in human resource management of private-owned enterprise of our country were carried out deep in this article using the method of combining induction and deduction.Meanwhile,countermeasure was also given.
