| 摘 要： | 重庆市作为国家廉租房重点试验区,自2003年在主城区率先启动廉租房建设计划以来,通过运用实物配租,租金补贴,租金核减及旧城拆迁改造等综合措施,积极推进廉租房保障工作。重庆市九龙坡区廉租房建设起步较早,自2008年9月1日起进一步扩大城市廉租房保障范围,现已初见成效。我们从社区管理水平出发,对重庆市九龙坡区廉租房政策落实情况进行实地调查与分析。

| Abstract: | Chongqing,as the key area of national low-rent housing,since 2003 started firstly low-rent housing plan in main urban zone,using material objects matching rent,rental subsidies,rental subtracting,and old town demolition transformation comprehensive measures etc.,actively promotes security work of low-rent housing.The low-rent housing construction in Jiulongpo district,Chongqing started early,which further expanded the safeguard scope of urban low-rent housing from 2008 September 1st,and gets preliminary achievements now.We start from the community management level to investigate and analyze implementation situation of low-rent housing policy in Jiulongpo district,Chongqing. |
