我国生物医药产业集群发展路径研究

生物医药产业已成为当今世界各个国家和地区重点发展的高技术产业之一。根据国外生物医药产业集群的发展经验,文章总结了影响生物医药产业集群发展的四大关键因素:金融因素、科技因素、产业因素、一般因素。阐述了各关键因素在集群发展过程中的作用。根据我国生物医药产业发展实际现状,提出了政府引导下的生物医药产业集群发展路径:关键在于引导研发力量集聚、培育创业环境以及导入产业基础。

A Research on the Development Path of Biomedical Cluster in China

Biomedical industry has become one of the high-tech industries,whose development has attracted the attention of various countries and regions.Based on the development experience of biomedical cluster in foreign countries,this paper summarizes four key factors influencing the development of biomedical cluster,then describes their roles in the progress.According to the practice of biomedical industry in China,this paper proposes a development path which is under the guidance of the government.The key of this path is guiding the agglomeration of RD resources,nurturing an entrepreneurial environment and importing industrial base.
