| 摘 要： | 法治国家下的产权保护和自由交易基础上的自愿或契约式产权变更制度是产权的延续性和稳定性建立的基本条件。产权的延续性和稳定性可以减少社会经济发展的大起大落,保持社会经济的平稳发展;可以为社会经济发展提供激励机制;可以鼓励社会财富的积累和创新。建立具有延续性和稳定性的产权安排比选择有效率的产权安排还要重要。

| Abstract: | Protection of property right under the rule of law and system reform of property right with volunteer change or contract style change are the basic conditions of sustainability and stability of property right.Sustainability and stability of property right can reduce the fiercer social and economic fluctuation,maintain the stable development of society and economy,offer stimulation system for social and economic development and encourage accumulation and innovation of social wealth.The foundation of property right with sustainability and stability is more important than the choice of property right with efficiency. |
