| 摘 要： | 指出了在科技论文撰写中执行国家标准方面存在的问题，这些问题又分为一般性问题和重要问题。从大量实例可以看出，在科技论文撰写中，没有执行国家标准，甚至违反国家标准的现象是比较严重和普遍的。科教界应当成为执行标准的楷模。就此，在学校教育和研究机构中，在广大科技工作者中应该怎么做，提出了建设性的意见。

| Abstract: | The problems in carrying out the national standards for scientific paper writing are pointed out and these problems can be divided into general ones and important ones.From a number of examples,it can be seen that it is a serious and common phenomenon failing to follow and even going agalinst the national standards in writing scientific papers.It is urged that scientific and educational circles should be a good model in carrying out the national standards.Thus,some constructive opinions are given on how to do this work in shool education and research institutions and particularly among the great majority of scientific and technical personnel. |
