| 摘 要： | 针对已有的国际贸易投资关系模型缺乏交易成本因素的局限性，可运用自由资本模型，用交易成本（贸易自由度）分析工业企业的微观经济行为。分析表明，不同产业在不同的贸易自由度条件下企业的经济行为是贸易投资一体化行为，发展中国家应注重国际贸易投资政策的合理性与协调性。
