| Abstract: | As an essential element of public utilities, the rural drinking water projects in rural areas have benefited the rural masses, which in the interest of future generations. The construction with large investment must establish scientific and standardized project management system anda fair and orderly charge mechanism to ensure its long-term sustainable use, the paper discusses the construction of rural drinking water safety management system. |
