确立建设生态省的科学指导思想

建设生态省必须要有科学的指导思想 ,这个指导思想的核心是发展生态生产力 ,恢复与建设优良的自然生态系统 ,并把此优势转化为经济建设和社会进步的优势 ,又用经济建设和社会进步的成果反哺于自然生态系统 ,以形成良性循环 ,达到自然、经济、社会协调、持续发展的目的。以此为指导 ,福建在建设生态省中必须注意重点解决几个问题
