| Abstract: | The article takes the important economic situation of the public ownership combined with the other economic elements as its research subject, and finds out the most vital problems from among the series of complicated consequences caused by the combination. After analysing them from various triangles, the article at last puts forward some countermea-sures and proposals about optmization of the combination. |
