| Abstract: | Pre-settlement compilation is the key link and main way to control the construction project cost,which is beneficial to the fine control of the project cost,so as to improve the expected income and final profit of the project.This paper first analyzes the basis of building engineering pre-settlement compilation,and then discusses in detail the influencing factors of the accuracy and rationality of building engineering pre-settlement compilation,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the accuracy and rationality of building engineering pre-settlement compilation,in order to provide reference. |
