跨高铁转体梁钢壳合龙段施工技术

摘    要:
为解决跨既有高铁转体梁中跨合龙段诸多施工技术难题,采用箱梁端部预埋钢壳施工技术,本文详尽的论述了转体梁与既有线的位置关系,中跨合龙段施工工艺流程,合龙段钢壳的吊装,钢壳的加工制作,合龙段的混凝土浇筑等关键技术,解决了桥梁跨越既有线及接触网施工的技术问题,在既有铁路线施工方面积累了丰富的施工经验.

Abstract:
In order to solve many construction technical problems of the middle span closure section of the rotating beam crossing the existing high-speed railway,the embedded steel shell construction technology at the end of the box girder is adopted.This paper discusses in detail the position relationship between the rotating beam and the existing line,the construction process of the middle span closure section,the hoisting of the steel shell of the closure section,the processing and production of the steel shell,the concrete pouring of the closure section and other key technologies,which solve the technical problems of the bridge crossing the existing line and the catenary construction,and accumulate rich construction experience in the construction of the existing railway line.
