全过程工程造价在建筑经济管理中的应用探析

造价管理工作在建筑工程整个建设周期具有重要的作用,会对施工效益产生直接影响。对工程造价开展全过程管理涉及工程建设的多个方面,需要从不同角度进行管理,把握好造价管理细节。如今,我国建筑领域全过程造价管理还存在诸多问题,需要在决策、设计、施工和竣工等阶段,切实做好造价管理工作。基于此,本文笔者根据多年工作经验对全过程工程造价在建筑经济管理中的应用进行简要阐述。仅供业内同行参考。

Cost management plays an important role in the entire construction period of a construction project and will have a direct impact on construction benefits.Carrying out the whole-process management of project cost involves multiple aspects of project construction.It is necessary to manage from different angles and grasp the details of cost management.Nowadays,there are still many problems in the whole-process cost management of the construction field in our country.It is necessary to do a good job of cost management in the stages of decision-making,design,construction and completion.Based on this,the author of this article briefly describes the application of the whole process engineering cost in construction economic management based on years of work experience.It is for reference only by industry peers.
