| 摘 要： | 桥梁预应力施工大部分均采用人工传统控制,而人工操作存在较大误差、同步精度无法保证。智能张拉系统以精度高、稳定性强的优势逐步取代了传统施工工艺。本文以德商高速公路施工为背景,结合高速公路建设中预制梁板单个构件结构较小而数量较多从而造成张拉次数较多的特点,就智能张拉工艺在梁场施工中的优势作了深入分析,旨在为实际工作有所帮助。
