| 摘 要： | 技术引进成为发展中国家提高本国科技水平的重要方式之一,伴随着信息不对称等因素,技术引进过程中容易出现逆向选择的现象,本文对技术引进中逆向选择引起技术引进国社会福利变化进行研究,得出结论:信息对称条件下技术引进所带来的社会福利要远远高于信息不对称的情况。

| Abstract: | Technology importing for developing countries is one of the important ways to boost its technological level,associated with the information asymmetry and other factors,it appears easily adverse selection phenomenon in the import-process.In this paper,we study how social welfare is changed when technology is intruducted with theadverse selection,at last,we conclued: Information technology import symmetric conditions caused higher social welfare than of asymmetric information situation |
