城市化进程中的利益矛盾广泛存在于收益差距、农民工权益维护、征地拆迁和就业等领域,已经对城市社会的稳定和发展造成了一定影响.究其根源,主要是由于政府行为偏差、城市经济不发达及社会管理落后三方面的原因造成的.必须从深化改革、维护社会和谐发展的高度出发,通过转换政府职能、进行制度创新、发展城市经济、加强社会管理建设等措施,妥善处理相关利益问题和矛盾,促进城市化的正常健康发展.

Discussions on the interests' contradictions and strategy choice in the progress of Urbanlization

Benefit contradiction in the process of urbanization, which has already brought certain negative influence on social stability and development of city, exists extensively in these realms such as income margin, rights and interest protection for peasant workers, land requisitions and relocation, employment, etc. Basically, benefit contradiction is rooted in three fields: unsuitable government behavior, underdeveloped city economy and fall-behind social management. So, in order to deepen reform and maintain the society harmonious development we must carry out institution innovation, urban economy development and social management by transforming government function. Only settle down properly relative benefit problems can we promote urbanization healthily developing.
