| 摘 要： | 水利行业投融资量大、沉淀性强,在国家投融资结构中占有相当的比重。作为国家基础设施的重点投融资领域,其投融资机制的设计是政府部门的难题。从太湖流域水利建设投融资不足严重制约流域水利发展情况的研究出发,对拓宽投融资渠道进行了战略性探讨。

| Abstract: | Water resources industry is the key investment domain in China's infrastructure.Its strong investment characteristics of large quantity and long period hold the suitable proportion in structure of the state investment.So the financing mechanism of water resources industry is one of the government's difficult problems.This paper discovers that the investment seriously restricts the development of water resources in Taihu Lake basin by analyzing its financing structure.Suitabl financing strategies for water resources construction in Taihu Lake basin are discussed. |
