国有商业银行引进战略投资者的偏失及矫正思路

作为国有商业银行股份制改革的重要途径之一,自2005年6月起,我国国有商业银行积极引进战略投资者.截止到目前为止,四家国有独资商业银行除中国农业银行外均已完成了战略投费者的引进工作.但从战略引资的现实情况来看,由于受制于多种制度因素的制约,无论从引赘对象、引资目标还是引赘过程上看,笔者认为,我国目前国有商业银行引进战略投资者的行为都是有所偏失的.因此在对这一问题进行剖析的基础上,对固有商业银行的引责行为进行矫正具有重要的现实意义.

The Partiality and Remedy Strategy of Introducing Strategic Investors for the State-owned Commercial Banks

The Chinese state- owned commercial banks have introduced the strategic investors actively since June , 2005, which is one of the most important approaches of the shareholding system reform of the stateowned commercial banks. Up to now, four solely state- owned commercial banks expect Chinese Agricultural Bank have accomplished the work of introducing strategic investors. However, from the reality of the introduction of strategic investors, the present behavior of introducing strategic investors of Chinese state- owned commercial banks is partial to some extent under the restriction of various institutional factors, viewed from the introduction object, the introduction target or the introduction process. So rectifying the introduction behavior of the state - owned commercial banks is of great and practical significance, based on the deep analysis of the problem.
